The terms and conditions listed here are meant to express our company policy when you order from us or use our website. Much of it is standard legal information that protects you and us. By using this website (www.redlinemotive.com) and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Prices and Shipping Costs
We (RedlineMotive.com) take pride in our up to date, and constantly updated website. If you order a part, and the price for the part was listed incorrectly on our website, we will do our best to honor the lower price, but in the event we are unable to, we will contact you, inform you of the situation, and upon your authorization either charge the difference, or cancel your order. 

Our Responsibility
We are not a manufacture, we are a distributor. If you purchase a part, and damage your engine, your car, incur any charges and/or fees, or hurt yourself, either because the part was not installed correctly, or the part was defective, we are not liable. This is an issue to take up with the manufacture of the product, and we can surely help assist you in that process. We are not responsible for any repair costs, rental car costs, missed work costs, or any other costs associated with products that we sell or related to their install. We do not warranty any items ourselves. Warranties are approved and handled by the manufacture. We are not liable for any damage or claims from product or warranty issues. 

We will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will we reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product. We do not warranty any labor. 

Images and Content
All images and content on our website is strictly owned by Redline Motive and/or the manufacture. There is absolutely no copying of our content, or stealing our images. We use services to monitor content theft, and take it very seriously. We will prosecute to the full extend of the law. 

I received the wrong part, what do I do?
First off, we are very sorry if this mistake happens. We do our best to ship the correct part, but in the case it's incorrect, we will do our due dilligence in processing this as quickly as possible. Simply contact us, and we will gather the required information, and get the correct part out to you as soon as possible. 

What is your return policy?
Redline Motive does its best to ensure we provide as much information as posssible to ensure our customers make a good purchase decision. Within 5 days of receiving the product, if you are interested in returning it, please contact us. We only accept returns of products under $250. If the product is over $250, we can not accept it back. We have a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees of the product back to us. All products must be brand new, never opened. All returned items need an RMA number, and a special shipping address. Please contact us to get this address and RMA. Refusing the item, or shipping it back to the warehouse it shipped from, will not be considered a return. 

We do not accept returns on:

  • Body Kits, Bumpers, Side Skirts
  • Electronics
  • Wheels, Tires, Rims
  • Intellectual property such as DVDs and books.
  • Fluids - Oils, coolant, sprays, etc.
  • Items which have been installed or box has been opened
  • Items over $250

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order before it ships, please make sure with us that it is infact cancelled before you place your order with another company.
